7/28/2023 Day 3

Day 3:

🚴‍♂️🌄 Rise and Ride! 🌄🚴‍♂️
Andy Mull and Ken N. and Ken Krempin wasted no time this morning! They were up and on their bikes at 4:30 AM, determined to make progress before the sun’s rays and scorching heat set in.☀️🥵
Leaving behind the Sunshine State, our intrepid cyclists are crossing over into Georgia on this eventful day. Today’s adventure takes them approximately 70 miles from Chipley, FL to Brainbridge, GA.🚴🏻‍♂️💙🚴🏻‍♂️💙
Let’s send them our positive vibes and unwavering support as they pedal through new terrains, spreading awareness for prostate cancer along the way. Together, we can make a difference! 🎗️💪🥰
Did you know prostate cancer is the second most common cancer in men worldwide. According to the World Cancer Research Fund, an estimated 1.4 million cases were diagnosed in 2020 alone. Early detection through regular screenings and awareness of risk factors are crucial in improving outcomes for those affected by this disease. 🎗️💙

Day 3✅🚴🏻‍♂️🚴🏻‍♂️
Today was another hot one but, Andy and Ken’s early morning strategy paid off! They embarked on an impressive 75-mile ride, conquering a challenging elevation of 1959 feet as they journeyed from Chipley, Florida to Brainbridge, Georgia, all before noon. However, they did cross into the eastern time zone, so it’s 1:00 pm their time!🤭☀️💪🏼🫶
Their dedication to raising awareness for prostate cancer is truly inspiring! 🎗️💪 The team’s determination and grit brought them closer to their goal of spreading awareness and promoting early testing for this vital health issue.
With every mile they covered, they made significant progress toward their mission of supporting the Prostate Cancer Foundation.
Let’s continue to cheer them on as they venture further on their inspiring journey to Charleston, SC. Together, we can make a significant impact in the fight against prostate cancer.
