7/30/2023 Day 5

Day 5:

Day 5✅🚴🏻‍♂️💙🚴🏻‍♂️🛻💨
Our favorite team completed todays journey that took them 69.43 miles including 1,818 feet of elevation from Tifton, GA to Hazelhurst, GA. They made it to their hotel by 10:00 am and will spend the day by the pool while getting some R&R to prepare for tomorrow’s ride to Hinesville, GA.☀️🚴🏻‍♂️💨
To date, Andy and Ken N. have pedaled 375.58 miles climbing an elevation of 9,969 feet! All of this has been done in blazing heat with humidity that feels like it can only be found in the southern states! They have the worlds best SAG/SAB with Ken Krempin and Chris Mull and none of it would be possible without their invaluable support.☀️🥵🚴🏻‍♂️🚴🏻‍♂️🛻💨💙💪🏼🥹
Did you know prostate cancer often develops without causing noticeable symptoms in its early stages. This is why regular prostate-specific antigen (PSA) testing is essential for early detection. Detecting prostate cancer early greatly improves the chances of successful treatment and better long-term outcomes for patients. It's crucial for men to discuss screening options with their healthcare providers to make informed decisions about their health. 🎗️💙

7/29/2023 Day 4

Day 4:

🚴‍♂️ Day 4 ✅🚴‍♂️
What a memorable Day 4 it has been! Our team embarked on an 81-mile ride from Brainbridge, GA to Tifton, GA, conquering an elevation gain of 2467 feet. 🌟💪🏼
The day brought its challenges with swarms of bugs along the way and rain in the last six miles. But Andy, Ken N., Ken K. and Chris reunited with joy, as Chris rejoined the group as a SAG (Support and Gear), adding invaluable support to our mission for prostate cancer awareness. 🎗️💙
Their resilience and determination were evident in every pedal stroke! Despite the hurdles, they remain unwavering in their commitment to raising awareness and encouraging early testing.🥰🥰
Let's continue to show our unwavering support and cheer them on as they push forward in their ride, making a significant impact for prostate cancer research.👏🏼👏🏼
With each mile covered, they inspire us to take action and join the fight against this disease. Stay tuned for more updates as they continue to inspire us on this incredible journey! 🚴‍♂️🌟
