7/26/2023 Done!

7/26/2023:

Done!

✅ On the first day of their biking journey, Chris, Andy, and Ken undertook a grueling 81-mile ride with 2,172 ft of elevation from Perdido to Crestview. Despite the extreme heat, they persevered and successfully completed the lengthy journey. Our guys enjoyed some Hawaiian food from Pounders Hawaiian Grill and are resting, hydrating and relaxing. Tomorrow is another long day with approximately 70 miles to the next stop which will be Chipley, Florida.
We are all so grateful for your continued support, encouragement and prayers. Please continue to spread the word and make sure to talk about the REASON for this journey; prostate cancer awareness!!! If your 50 or older, please get checked; your loved ones will love you even more for it!❤️😘🥰

As always, please donate to Https://www.SimonSaysBike.org 🚴🏻‍♂️ 💙🚴🏻‍♂️

7/26/2023 And They're OFF!

7/26/2023:

And They're OFF!

🚨☀️🚴‍♂️🚴🏻‍♂️🚴🏻‍♂️ Riders Up!!! Andy Mull, Chris Mull, and Ken Newman saddled up on their bicycles, along with Ken Krempin in the SAG truck, at 5:00 am sharp and began the long, 600+ mile journey from Perdido Key Sports Bar & Restaurant in Perdido Key, Florida to Charleston, South Carolina. Please, Lord, we pray you keep our team safe on their journey to the east coast.🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Their first leg is about 70 miles from Perdido Key to Crestview, Florida. It will be another hot Gulf Coast day so they left early to beat some of the heat and will have plenty of rest stops and water breaks along the way.
This 9-day ride is dedicated to raising awareness for prostate cancer. Let's support their cause and encourage guys to get their PSA levels checked to prevent this terrible cancer. Together, we can make a difference and help them reach their goal of surpassing $100,000 in total donations from Simon Says Bike and Simon Says Run for Prostate Cancer to the Prostate Cancer Foundation! 🎗️💙
📣📣 Donate here ➡️ https://www.simonsaysbike.org/.../donations-to-fight... ➡️or via VENMO @simonsaysbike
In case you didn’t know, prostate cancer is the 2nd leading cancer cause of death in American men behind only lung cancer. Your donation will make a positive impact on finding a cure and saving lives, giving the amazing men in our lives a chance for more birthdays, and who doesn’t love birthdays?!🥳🎊🎂
Stay tuned for updates and share the word! Together, we can ride for a cause and spread awareness about the importance of early testing.💙🚴🏻‍♂️🚴🏻‍♂️🚴‍♂️
